Return & Exchange Policy
*Exchanges or store credit only — no refunds. *All items must be returned within 10 business days from the date you received your order. *Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. *Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Damaged Items Policy
*If your item arrives damaged, you must report it the same day it is received. *Please inspect all items upon delivery and contact us immediately at theflyingfive.com. *We will respond within 24 hours of receiving your email. *To receive an exchange or store credit, a clear photo of the damage must be provided. *Please note — this policy does not apply to items damaged while opening your package (for example, with scissors or other sharp objects).
